Return & Exchange Policy


Thank you for supporting our small family business. Each item is created with care, and many of our products are made-to-order or customized specifically for you. Please review our policy below.


Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the personalized nature of custom embroidery and made-to-order products, all custom or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or error on our part.


Ready-to-Ship Items

Non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or resolution. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are minus return shipping costs. 


Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on product availability.
