Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Weeping Willow 839 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Weeping Willow 839 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items so we can assist with a resolution.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is available, customers will be contacted with pickup instructions once the order is ready.
